Six Sigma: It’s changing. Are you?

Continuous Improvement • Business Excellence • Operational Excellence • Lean • Process Improvement Quality professionals across the globe are adopting a multi-faceted approach to improving productivity of processes, reducing variation and eliminating waste. In fact the more of you I speak to, the more I realise that very few people are just using Six Sigma alone any more – it seems Lean has firmly established itself as the way forward.

That’s why this year I’ve renamed the event the Lean Six Sigma & Process Improvement Summit – so not only have we moved out of Miami, but we’ve given the event a facelift too!
