A Word From The Summit Director

Six Sigma: It’s changing. Are you?

Continuous Improvement • Business Excellence • Operational Excellence • Lean • Process Improvement Quality professionals across the globe are adopting a multi-faceted approach to improving productivity of processes, reducing variation and eliminating waste. In fact the more of you I speak to, the more I realise that very few people are just using Six Sigma alone any more – it seems Lean has firmly established itself as the way forward.

That’s why this year I’ve renamed the event the Lean Six Sigma & Process Improvement Summit – so not only have we moved out of Miami, but we’ve given the event a facelift too! Regardless of whether you call it operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma or business improvement, your organisation has no doubt adopted a unique practice for continuous business improvement. But I’d like to know how well you are achieving the following:

  • Thinking From The Perspective Of Your Company Strategy: Identify hidden projects that will increase your organizations chance of fulfilling strategy objectives
  • Communicating In Same Language As Your Creative Functions, including innovation, to make them believe that you can help: Discuss winning strategies with the people who’ve succeeded, only at the 9th Annual Summit
  • Training Assessment: Use the revolutionary sessions to absolutely guarantee no unnecessary spend or time is dedicated to training, thus maximizing your training ROI
  • Extend Excellence Through Your Value Chain: Join the pioneers of Value Chain Excellence to boost process excellence with your customers and suppliers
  • Conquer Change Management: Tapping into the core of your business’ culture to work out which aspect of Process Improvement will suit your board, your staff and your company’s strategy

If, like most of your peers, you are looking for improvement in these area please join us at the Summit this January where we’ll be introducing seminars, presentations, keynotes, workshops and site visits that provide fresh and useful insights on dealing with all of the above and more.

We have allsorts planned for you at the Summit, with some great sight-seeing trips as well as extensive business networking and knowledge sharing. I’m personally looking forward to welcoming Jack Welch back to the Summit and I’m delighted that he attracted not only a great level of attendee, but also speaker as well.

Don’t hesitate to contact the team with any questions: enquire@iqpc.com, otherwise I very much look forward to meeting you in January.

Best wishes
